We recently used MFES to install solar panels at our parents home in Lahore. We found MFES engineers and representatives to be courteous, knowledgeable and thoroughly professional. They explained the process in detail and gave all estimates in writing. They used top of the line equipment, backed up by long-term warranties, and after sale service. The process was prompt and seamless in its execution. We have peace of mind in the knowledge that our elderly parents are comfortable in the summer heat, and if they need any help or after sales service, they are looked after by the best in the field. In Pakistan, when I have done any work from anyone, I have been worried, from the construction of the factory to the delivery of the machines, people have not fulfilled their promises or given the quality as claimed.
